What is the HIA?
The Housing Industry Association (HIA) is Australia’s largest housing and building organisation. Their goal is to protect the industry they represent, in order to promote better living conditions for all Australians. The HIA was founded by seven state and territory housing authorities with the support of the Commonwealth Government.
This association has gone on to become a truly national organisation that works to promote and help all members of the construction industry through a range of advocacy, education, research, standards and quality assurance activities. The HIA strives to work in partnership with all levels of government and other major organisations to promote integrity within the industry.
Rapid Building Approvals Wants The Same Future
Rapid Building Approvals has tasked itself with preparing Australia’s next generation of building certifiers. Our continued sponsorship of HIA Events demonstrates our commitment to supporting community and industry initiatives within North Queensland.
